Old Tributary Space…New Steakhouse?

For those unfamiliar, Tributary Food Hall was the OG food hall in Golden, before Golden Mill showed up shortly after. Tributary closed its doors in October of 2023, but it wasn’t a complete flop. The food hall is responsible for being the launch pad for local favorites Kona Bowls and Humble House Cafe.

So what’s next for the space? From to a Reddit user (and why would someone on the internet not be truthful), the investors wanted to try a new steakhouse concept. I went down and checked out for myself, and sure enough, the random Redditor may be on to something.

According to a construction permit posted in the window, Niman Ranch and Boulder’s Working Title Food Group appear to be teaming up. The concept? A dual purpose space: retail butcher shop by day, full service steakhouse by night. #MeatMarket

That’s about all the info I could find at the moment, but will share more details as they become available.
