New Golden Development: The Col

A new development is transforming the landscape at West Colfax and Violet Street, where a former storage facility once stood. Confluence Company, the developers behind the successful Eddy Taproom & Hotel in Golden, are now bringing their expertise to this prime location near Apex Park.

Their latest venture, The Col, will primarily feature residential units but is also seeking to create a vibrant mixed-use community. The development will include restaurant spaces complete with outdoor patios, commercial units, and coworking facilities.
