The Great Pizza Quest: Help Us Find the Perfect Slice

Since I’ve decided to do the dirty work in the name of bringing you all the goods, I’m embarking on a mission to find the absolute best pizza in the area, and I need your help. I have my favorites, yet I know there are hidden gems out there – family-run establishments that have been perfecting their recipes for generations, new artisanal spots experimenting with sourdough bases, and perhaps even a food truck revolutionizing pizza one parking lot at a time.

This is where you come in! I'm calling on all pizza enthusiasts to share their favorite local pizza spots. What makes their pizza special? What’s the go to order? Who's doing that weird combination that shouldn't work but absolutely does?

Here's the plan: you share your pizza wisdom, and I'll do the hard work of trying every single recommendation. (some are saying I’m a hero, but that seems a little premature.) We'll document the journey, support small business, and create the ultimate guide to local pizza.

And let's be clear: this is a judgment-free pizza zone. We don’t topping shame here either… I actually love pineapple and Canadian bacon together on pizza.

Foothill Featured: Cribs Edition

The last Foothills home we highlighted may have been jusssst a bit out of reach for most folks, with a price tag of a cool $60M (But, good news, the price was recently dropped $10M, if that changes anyone’s mind). On to something slightly more realistic this week though…

If you’re in the market for something unique, check out this house up on Lookout Mountain. It has a blend of mountain rustic and mid century modern styles, which I’m really digging.

There’s some work to be done to update the interiors (they call this “value add” in the biz), but with a unique layout, tons of natural light, and detached garage with gym above, this could be a really cool project. One thing that doesn’t change- the views seem amazing.
